• Your name, CV, and any identifying details will never be shared, sent, or shown to any ANYONE including all Employers or Candidates, or any third parties without your clear permission.
• We will never sell, share, or pass on your email address or phone number without your consent.

When it comes to our clients, we hold back their identity until there is a real potential match. Before anything happens, we speak with you directly. We review your CV with you, clarify your experience, confirm what you’re looking for, and check that the salary range is realistic for both sides. We also confirm that you haven’t already applied to the same role.

This process protects your privacy, respects your job search, and ensures that every submission is intentional and in your best interest.
