We ask that if we arrange with you, the candidate, an interview, that you attend that interview. If you can’t make it for any reason please inform us prior to the interview. If you do a “no show” we will not work with you to get a job.

As a recruitment company we will provide you with the candidates that come to us via advertisements or direct contact (headhunting)  

Any candidate that we send to you on a HRCorp CV is then an HRCorp candidate subject to invoicing for the period of one year.

Should any candidate, including consultant and/or agent, introduced through HR Corporation accept a client’s offer of employment in any position in the organisation within a period of 12 months from date of introduction to the company, and commence duties. The assignment then is deemed to have been successfully concluded and a charge for the services so rendered become payable in full.

Should any Temporary candidate, introduced by HR Corporation accept any permanent position in your company, a percentage of the remuneration is payable as this is deemed to be a permanent placement.  Should the Temp assignment end, and the employer offer the Temp employment thereafter within a period of 9 months from date of the assignment ending at your company, and commence duties, a permanent placement fee will be charged 

If a candidate cancels their interview with you and then decides to take matters into their own hands and reinitiates that by going directly to the client, we can still invoice for that candidate. 

HRCorp will invoice and expect payment within 5 days to validate the guarantee.

We will send the client our Terms and Conditions to see the Payment structure. 

We are straightforward, there are no hidden costs. We charge a percent and tax.

The guarantee is based on the percent paid, and is validated by payment within the 5 working days of the start of the employee.

Our guarantee period is valid on receipt of payment of invoice. The guarantee covers you in the event of the employee leaving your employment for any reason. Should such an event take place HR Corporation will replace the employee free of charge to the value of the original placement with an equally suitable candidate. The replacement guarantee is strictly per branch/plant and job specific. (Kindly note that we do not issue refunds) 

We have in our 15 years had only one company not pay us. That company went insolvent 3 months after and we did pursue the matter further.

       We expect payment for our services.

If you do not pay within the 5 days we will not renegotiate the percent.

We have 99.9% of our clients pay on time and are happy with our services.

This is for the .01% of our clients who don’t share our values.

If we don’t hear back from you, no email or call to discuss.

We will after 14 days refer this to our collection agency.

All costs, approximately 25% of the fee will be added to the amount to cover the costs of the collection agency.

WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS, WE UNDERSTAND CASH FLOW.

EVERY COMPANY THAT HAS REACHED OUT TO US AND ASKED FOR A PAYMENT PLAN HAS ACCOMADATED. 

We will guarantee our candidates, or specifically we will guarantee the position.  If the candidate does not work out for any reason we will replace that candidate with another candidate.

The guarantee is location and title specific.
