Manage a staff of Engineers- Lead, Manage & Mentor the Technical Team
Manage all tickets- Ensure Technical Team resolves support queries within the SLA
Ensure and Maintain Standards and Processes
Ensure Root Cause Analysis & Remediation is continually happening for both Technical and Business incidents to avoid them happening in the future.
Track escalations
Review Technical Team’s work
Able to communicate with all business that have contracts
Required:
Education & Knowledge:
- BSc or BA degree in Business٫ Computer Science or other related is a bonus.
- Microsoft Fundamentals Certifications – Azure or Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Condeco, CTOUCH, Jabra, Jupiter, Lenovo, Logitech, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly and Yealink
Experience:
- 5+ years of Management & Leadership of an IT Service Team.
- Managed IT Services business.
- Ticketing system / RMM Tool and PSA software.
- Working with the Microsoft 365 Platform.
R40,000- R60,000 per month depending on experience.
