Required Qualifications:

Valid South African Driver’s License: Essential for travel to client sites.

Proficiency in English and Afrikaans: Excellent communication skills are required.

Hands-on experience with Inkjet and Laser Printers: Must have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining both inkjet and laser printers.

Experience with PABX and Telecommunications: Familiarity with PABX systems and telecommunications technologies is preferred.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Durban

Key Responsibilities:

– Diagnose and repair various types of printers (inkjet and laser).

– Diagnose and repair various PABX systems.

– Provide on-site technical support to clients.

– Perform routine maintenance and preventive care.

– Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.

– Assist in setting up and configuring for optimal performance.
