Requirements:

Valid South African Driver’s License: Essential for travel to client sites.

Experience with Inkjet and Laser Printers: Must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining both inkjet and laser printers.

Experience with PABX, Telecommunications

Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair various types of printers (inkjet and laser).

Diagnose and repair various PABX systems

Provide on-site technical support to clients.

Perform routine maintenance and preventive care

Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.

Assist in setting up and configuring for optimal performance
