Lead Generator Roodepoort | IT & Telecoms Solutions – West Rand

A growing Business Solutions IT company based in Roodepoort, West Rand (Johannesburg) is urgently looking for a driven Lead Generator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telecoms Lead Generator or Office Automation Lead Generator to generate quality leads and set appointments for ICT and telecoms solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate and qualify new business leads in the Telecoms Solutions, Office Automation, and broader ICT sectors.
• Set and schedule qualified appointments for the Sales Representatives to close deals.
• Research target businesses and build a strong sales pipeline through outbound lead generation.
• Maintain accurate lead records and track performance in the CRM.
• Work independently to meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in sales or lead generation.
• Current or recent hands-on experience generating leads and setting appointments specifically for Telecoms Solutions (essential).
• Experience in Office Automation, ICT solutions, or related B2B technology sales will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – no micromanagement.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and motivated by success and earning good money through commission.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of R10,000 – R18,000 per month (depending on experience).
