Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert, ensuring robust and reliable IT operations. Your core duties will include:

• Architecting, maintaining, and supporting on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Windows Server and Azure environments.

• Implementing and managing comprehensive security solutions, including ESET endpoint protection and Sophos Firewalls.

• Leading the setup, administration, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and networking systems.

• Proactively managing client systems using RMM tools for patch management and remote monitoring.

• Providing expert-level desktop support and serving as a technical escalation point.

• Planning and executing IT projects from conception to completion, delivering solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

We’re looking for someone with: (Must-Haves)

• A minimum of 5 years of expert-level experience in Windows Server and Desktop Support.

• 3+ years of advanced, hands-on experience with Azure, Cloud Servers, and RMM/Patch Management.

• Proven ability in Firewall (preferably Sophos) and ESET security suite setup and maintenance.

• Excellent communication skills, a professional presentation, and a reliable vehicle.

• A relevant IT qualification and certifications such as A+, N+, or Microsoft 365 Certified.

You’ll be a great fit if you also have: (Nice-to-Haves)

• Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, Azure 900, or a Sophos Firewall certification.

• Experience with PABX system maintenance and administration.

• A proven track record of successfully planning and running client-facing IT projects.
