- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- 2 or 3 year IT qualification from a recognized institution
- Office 365 Certification
- A+, N+
- MCSA, MCSE
- AZURE Foundation
- VMware (advantageous)
- Firewall and Switch configuration (Highly advantageous)
- Service Desk, tier 2 Line support experience
- Server Support Experience— Installation and configuration, Maintenance of Client Servers
- Desktop Support Experience-Installation and configuration, Maintenance of Client Desktop Machines
- Microsoft 365 Experience:- Admin and Maintenance, SharePoint, Azure, Mail, Security
- Printers and Multifunction Machines, Set Up and Configure
- Networking and Infrastructure Experience:
- Security and Firewall Experience
- PABX- Setup and Maintenance of systems
- Biometrics- Setup and Configuration
- CCTV- setup and Maintenance
R25k – R30k, depending on experience
