REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• IT certifications in: A+ and N+. MCSE / MCITP (would be advantageous)
• 2-5 Years’ Experience
• Professional communication and e-mail etiquette
• Attention to detail
• Always maintains a neat and presentable appearance
• Young, vibrant, and enthusiastic
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Punctual and reliable
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (Advantageous)
• Field Technician with helpdesk knowledge and experience
• Driver’s License with own transport (Essential)
SKILL SET:
• Microsoft Windows 7-11 desktop support
• Office 365 Application Suite
• SharePoint/One Drive setup and support
• Exchange and POP/IMAP email support
• RMM software knowledge
• Printer knowledge
• Laptop Upgrades
• Mikrotik / Ubiquiti router knowledge
• Setup and manage Wireless Access points
• Cloud Back-up solutions
• Drop box/One Drive/Google Drive knowledge
• Basic Android and IOS Support
• Basic MAC Support
• Fibre Set-up knowledge
• VOIP experience (Advantageous)
