Please note, the office is based in Cape Town CBD, you will be expected to be at the office in the morning with the possibility of going to customers sites during the day. You will need your own car and you must have a valid license.
Role:
Provide Level 2 remote support troubleshooting to clients to resolve technical issues in line with SLA.
Provide Level 2 Onsite Support to clients to resolve technical issues.
Conduct recurring visits – Remote or onsite.
Handle escalations from Level 1 and Junior IT Pros.
Reduce average ticket SLAs.
Provide after-hour support as per company policy.
Experience needed
Need to have outsourced managed services experience ( from a similar industry and worked with many different clients and need to have onsite support experience)
Need to have strong Microsoft 365 technical support experience of about 2-3 years at least
Need to have strong organisational/process driven ability
Need to be able to communicate excellently and present themselves well – be client facing
Experience with Autotask, Nable and IT Glue
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Experience troubleshooting environments with Microsoft Desktop and MAC Operating Systems.
Experience with troubleshooting networks – LAN and wireless networks, firewalls, DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP
Required education/ trainings, certifications
Microsoft Certifications.
IT Qualification
Drivers License and your OWN CAR, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO VISIT SOME CLIENTS.
Based in Cape Town CBD
Salary bracket max around R25 000 – R28 000
