Expert Level IT Technician – Microsoft

Our client, a leading Managed IT Services and Cloud Solutions company operating nationally, is looking for a high-level Microsoft Specialist to join their Johannesburg team.

This role is for someone who performs at senior level, knows Microsoft environments end-to-end, and can handle advanced system administration, cloud architecture, networking, and server management without supervision.

You must have five years or more hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Expertise

• Microsoft 365 Admin Centre – 5 years

• Microsoft 365 SharePoint – 5 years

• Windows Server (Setup, Maintenance & Support) – 5 years

Infrastructure & Support

• Networking Setup, Maintenance & Administration – 5 years

• Desktop Support (Advanced Level) – 5 years

Advanced Skills (3+ Years Required)

• Firewall Setup & Maintenance (Sophos required) – 3 years

• Email Migrations – 3 years

• Cloud Architecture (Azure) – 3 years

• Cloud Hosted Server Environments – 3 years

• Hosted Backup Solutions – 3 years

• Patch Management / RMM Tools – 3 years

• ESET Setup & Maintenance – 3 years

Additional Proficiencies (2+ Years Preferred)

• PABX Setup & Maintenance – 2 years

± R40 000 depending on experience
