You get a clean slate, full ownership, and the mandate to build the channel from the ground up — with realistic OTE up to R90,000 for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a brand-new channel network across Cape Town and the Western Cape.

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate top-tier resellers with strong market alignment.

  • Drive aggressive new-business growth — no inherited territory, no “slow start.”

  • Coordinate presales, technical, support, and internal leadership to close high-value opportunities.

  • Represent a high-performing European/UK product suite with a strong competitive advantage.

  • Maintain compliance with reseller agreements and uphold strong partner performance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years in Channel Management, Security/IT/Telecommunications/ or related field. 

  • Demonstrable experience building or expanding a channel — not just maintaining one.

  • Strong technical understanding of Security solutions.

  • High-level communication and negotiation skills — able to win trust quickly.

  • Solid PC proficiency; experience with CRM and structured reporting.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bilingual (advantage when developing diverse partner networks).

  • Prior experience working with international products or emerging markets.

  • Familiarity with security, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
