Key Responsibilities

Build and scale a brand-new channel network across Cape Town and the Western Cape.

Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate top-tier resellers with strong market alignment.

Drive aggressive new-business growth — no inherited territory, no “slow start.”

Coordinate presales, technical, support, and internal leadership to close high-value opportunities.

Represent a high-performing European/UK product suite with a strong competitive advantage.

Maintain compliance with reseller agreements and uphold strong partner performance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves
-
3+ years in Channel Management, Security/IT/Telecommunications/ or related field.

Demonstrable experience building or expanding a channel — not just maintaining one.

Strong technical understanding of Security solutions.

High-level communication and negotiation skills — able to win trust quickly.

Solid PC proficiency; experience with CRM and structured reporting.
Nice-to-Haves

Bilingual (advantage when developing diverse partner networks).

Prior experience working with international products or emerging markets.

Familiarity with security, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
