Bookkeeper / Financial Administrator with the ability to effectively communicate verbally as well as in writing to our clients and Staff. The offices are in Pretoria East, working hours Mon – Fri 07h30 till 5PM
Education
Accounting Qualifications with 3 years+ experience in the field (bookkeeping/accounting)
Previous Experience
Previous Telecoms accounting experience advantageous
Full function bookkeeping.
Accounts payable, electronic banking and balancing of accounts.
Inventory management including stock takes
Internal HR Function
Debtors and Creditors Recon and management
VAT, PAYE, SDL, UIF, Workmans Comp processing.
Maintenance of filing system
Monthly reconciliations.
Statutory submissions.
Year-end audits.
Budget preparation.
Asset register maintenance
Sage One & SimplePay
Valid Drivers License and own transport
Other aspects of the job
Assistance to Director as needed
Creative and analytical thinker.
Excellent communicator
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Speak Afrikaans would be advantageous
Initiative is key
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, ±R35,000 depending on experience.
