Our client, a well-established leader in the IT and Telecommunications industry, is urgently looking for a dynamic New Business IT/Telecommunications Sales Manager. This senior role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who excels at winning new accounts and driving significant revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Focus on aggressive new business acquisition and expanding the client base in the IT and Telecommunications sector
* Lead, mentor, and drive a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow the division’s market share
* Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers through face-to-face selling
* Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent results
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT/Telecommunications / Office Automation sales
* At least 2 years’ proven leadership / management experience leading a sales team
* Strong new business development track record with measurable sales wins
* Extensive in-person / direct sales experience (non-negotiable)
* Engaging, energetic personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Willingness to travel as required
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
R35 000 basic salary per month + attractive overriding commission (highly negotiable based on experience and proven track record).
