Account Manager — Office Solutions (Copiers/Managed Print) (Durban)

Take custody of a live portfolio of existing managed-print and office-solutions business customers in Durban — accounts already billing, already in CRM, with years of contract and service history behind them. Your job is to keep them, grow them, and find the next machine, the next site and the next renewal before a competitor does. PLEASE READ FIRST: A minimum of 2 years in B2B sales or account management is required — applications without it will not be considered. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - A named portfolio of existing B2B accounts, with retention and growth targets on each - Fleet assessments and cost-per-page analysis — building the savings case in rands - Contract renewals and upgrades ahead of expiry, not after a competitor's quote lands - Cross-selling telecoms (VoIP/fibre) and security (CCTV/access control) into the same customers - Keeping your pipeline accurate in HubSpot CRM WHAT YOU NEED - 2+ years B2B sales or account management experience - Grade 12 (Matric); a relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage - Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle - Strong numeracy — able to build a cost comparison a financial manager can't pick apart - Clear, professional written English WHO YOU ARE - Self-driven, with evidence of achievement — outcomes, not titles - Curious and well-informed; you ask better questions than most - You start, you finish, you close loops — and bring solutions with problems - Ethical and straight with customers, always WHAT'S ON OFFER - ±R20 000 – R32 000 cost to company, depending on experience - Uncapped commission on top - An established customer base and strong inbound lead flow — no cold phonebook - Permanent position (probation period applies)
