About the Role

A fast-growing and dynamic Telecommunications and Solar Energy Company based in Westville, KwaZulu-Natal is looking for a motivated, energetic, and hungry Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who wants to break into sales, earn well, and grow into a fully-fledged Sales Representative role.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and engage prospective new customers via phone and digital channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads against defined criteria
• Book and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Senior Sales Representatives
• Build and maintain rapport with potential clients to support long-term pipeline development
• Accurately capture and update lead information in the CRM system
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and business growth objectives

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Experience in telecommunications, solar energy, or a sales environment is advantageous
