Job Overview:

We seek a skilled and reliable Mid-Level Printer Technician with 5+ years of experience working with copiers and multifunction printers. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing copier equipment, providing basic to intermediate IT support, and assisting with IT tasks like networking and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

– Install, configure, and set up copiers and multifunction printers

– Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis

– Repair and replace faulty parts and components

– Provide onsite and remote technical support

– Assist with IT support tasks like networking and troubleshooting

– Integrate devices into client environments

– Maintain service records and report on completed work

– Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

– Support internal technical teams when needed

Minimum Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience with copiers and multifunction printers

– Strong technical knowledge of major copier brands (e.g., Kyocera, Olivetti, HP)

Solid understanding of IT fundamentals (networking, TCP/IP, server/workstation support)

Experience with printer networking, scan-to-email, and scan-to-folder configurations

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

Advantageous:

Experience with managed print services, VoIP, or ICT support
