Proficiency in Linux.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Provide expert-level support to the Tier II team to quickly resolve complex technical issues.

•    Respond to customer needs through phone consultations, remote diagnostics, or onsite visits.

•    Implement and manage BCDR solutions and assist clients with cloud migrations (AWS, Azure).

•    Install and manage server infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, domain hosting, and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).

•    Manage Microsoft server licensing and Office 365 migrations.

•    Configure and maintain wireless access points, firewalls, switches, and other network components.

•    Apply advanced technical expertise to resolve complex system and network issues.

•    Foster positive relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.

•    Participate in the on-call rotation for priority escalations.

•    Perform additional duties as needed.

Skills and Requirements:

•    Strong customer service skills and experience working in a physical office environment. We’re looking for someone who speaks tech fluently, with a strong command of English (both written and spoken) and good understanding of Afrikaans (spoken/understood) – let’s make sure we’re all on the same page.
