3-5 Years experience as a  Telecommunications Project Coordinator

Excellent communication skills

Develop, review and implement a services account plan to deliver on the outcomes of the Services Strategy.

Management of the customer life cycle experience and problem to resolution to ensure a positive experience.

Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions to optimize business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure proactive handling of post-sale customer queries, incidents, problems, complaints and requests.

Manage client relationships by doing follow up calls

Relationship building through regular customer meetings and or interaction. 

Co-ordination and escalation of matters to relevant business units.

Provide a single point of contact service to our customers

Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures

Administrative support including the scheduling of meetings/appointments, travel arrangements.

Project specific assistance to the project execution team

Adherence to projects deadlines- make sure all are well-organised and get completed on time and within the budget
