Duties and Responsibilities
* Capturing transactions on the electronic accounting system and on any other necessary systems (data entry)
* Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Preparation of year end schedules to support the preparation of annual financial statements as well as other admin duties
* Sorting and filing of financial records
* Provide administrative support and reporting to finance management
* Contributes positively towards a professional and pleasant working environment in the department and company
* Always communicates professionally with colleagues and managers
Current Duties
* Supplier Purchase Orders (Stock Ordering)
* Stock GRV & Stock Control
* Reseller Agreements and Welcome Letters
* Debt Collecting
* Creditors Invoicing and Statement Recons
Qualifications and Experience
* Matric
* Prefer a Tertiary educations
* Experience: 3+ years related bookkeeping and accounting experience
Computer Skills
* Working knowledge of account software packages, advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
* Excellent Computer literacy (MS Office – Word & Outlook)
