An exciting opportunity has risen, for a technician that has a minimum of 2 years proven experience in the field and has a love for IT and technology.

The candidate should be able to diagnose, repair and maintain all equipment installed on and off site for various brands such as; Phones, routers, switches, access points and general IT support.

Able to complete cable runs from RJ11, RJ45, Coaxial, etc; and have an understanding of networks. E.g., LAN / WAN.

Remote support on a desktop level to resolve printing & scan issues

LAN cutovers & setups & desktop support.

The candidate must have an extensive understanding of all IT related products as well as the ability to troubleshoot and install them.

Printer Deliveries & IT installations.

Previous experience in Desktop Support 

Must be physically able as it will be required to move A3 Multi-functional printers from time.

Must have: A+ & N+ and preferably a S+

Applicants must be in possession of a valid Drivers license.

Be proficient in English & Afrikaans.

CTC: 15k – 20k depending on experience.
