What You’ll Own & Deliver

• Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing Cloud Integration Services team — setting the bar for delivery, accountability, and excellence.
• Architect, optimise, and govern Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid) and Microsoft 365 ecosystems — identity, collaboration, security, and beyond.
• Own endpoint protection with SentinelOne and enterprise RMM via N-able N-central — keeping the environment locked down and always-on.
• Drive network performance and resilience across LAN/WAN, VPNs, hybrid connectivity, and advanced firewall infrastructure.
• Build and scale intelligent automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and REST APIs — turning repetitive tasks into competitive speed.
• Lead cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance at enterprise level.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and service contracts while ensuring iron-clad governance and reporting to C-level stakeholders.
• Stay three steps ahead of the curve on emerging cloud, security, and RMM technologies — and translate that insight into real business value.

You Bring

• 5–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a formal technical leadership or management position.
• Deep, hands-on mastery of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (identity, security, and collaboration suites).
• Proven expertise with SentinelOne, N-able N-central, and complex network environments (firewalls, VPNs, hybrid connectivity).
• Advanced scripting capability — PowerShell is your second language; Azure CLI and APIs are everyday tools.
• Exceptional leadership presence — you inspire teams and translate complex tech into clear business language for stakeholders.
• A proactive, analytical, automation-first mindset obsessed with performance, security, and scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent real-world mastery.
