We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Manager who can balance strategic leadership with technical delivery — ensuring performance, security, and scalability across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the cloud integration services team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring SLA targets are achieved.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid integration) and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Implement and oversee endpoint security (SentinelOne) and Remote Monitoring & Management (N-able N-central) platforms.
• Drive network performance across LAN/WAN, VPNs, hybrid connections, and firewall systems.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operations, monitoring, and reporting.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Prepare detailed technical and management reports for senior leadership.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud, RMM, and security technologies to enhance service delivery.

What You’ll Bring
• 5–10 years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a technical management or leadership role.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (identity, collaboration, and security).
• Proficiency with SentinelOne, N-able N-central, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Azure CLI, or REST APIs.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities — able to manage teams and communicate with business stakeholders.
• Analytical and proactive mindset with a focus on automation, security, and performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications (advantageous):
• Microsoft Azure Administrator / Architect
