Copier Technician
Introduction
The Technician is responsible for managing the quality of service delivered to customers.
A large part of this position is to assist and manage the area in their relative regions. A person with a pro-active and customer service mindset is required for this position.
A good understanding of service delivery, customer service, Time Management and planning is essential to this post.
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist the Call Centre on daily task and customer support.
- Installation of equipment on customers network.
- Setup of Scanning and Printing.
- Basic electronic testing.
- Servicing and repairing of all low and high-volume equipment.
- Servicing of all Mono and Colour equipment.
- Reducing the cost on all equipment in the work area (Toner and Spares usage).
- Ordering of spares needed on equipment serviced in that day.
- Be able to perform minor services, repairs and spares replacement on Wide Format equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist the meter reading department with queries
- Completing of calls assigned to you for the day by the service controllers
- Always be well groomed.
- Attend all training provided by the company.
